Womens Association

Sunset Valley Women’s Golf Association (WGA) membership entitles you to a computerized handicap, eligibility for weekly events, and entry fees for the match and medal play tournaments in our league.  An established handicap is required for prize eligibility.  There are several tournaments during the golf season.  They are noted on our golf calendar that will be posted via the links under “Women’s Association” on this page, and on the league’s bulletin board along with a signup sheet.

Our members consist of all handicaps from the beginner to the more experienced player.  Most of the time golfers will be divided into flights according to your handicap.  You will be competing with golfers within your flight.  Prizes are awarded weekly.  Once a month we have a general meeting immediately after golf to discuss league business and we encourage everyone to stay for lunch.
